Admission Process

We make the admission process simple and stress-free so you can focus entirely on your health.

Types of Admission

Emergency Admission

Available 24/7 via our Emergency Department. No prior appointment needed. Our triage team will assess and admit immediately.

Planned Admission

Schedule in advance through your doctor or our reception. Pre-admission tests and paperwork can be completed beforehand.

Day Care Admission

For procedures that do not require an overnight stay. Patients are discharged on the same day after observation.

Step 01

Visit the reception desk or call ahead. Provide your personal details and reason for admission.

Step 02

Meet with the admitting physician who will assess your condition and recommend the appropriate care plan.

Step 03

Submit the required documents including ID proof, insurance card, and any prior medical records.

Step 04

Our billing team will verify your insurance and explain any out-of-pocket costs before admission.

Step 05

Based on your condition and preference, a suitable room or ward will be allocated to you.

Step 06

Your dedicated nursing team will orient you to the ward and your treatment plan begins immediately.
