Your presence matters to our patients. These guidelines help us keep everyone safe and comfortable.

General Rules for Visitors

Maximum 2 visitors per patient at a time.
Children under 12 years are not permitted in ICU or high-dependency areas.
Visitors must sanitise hands before and after entering patient rooms.
Please speak softly to avoid disturbing other patients.
Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode inside wards.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed in clinical areas without nurse approval.
Smoking, alcohol, and tobacco are strictly prohibited on hospital premises.
Visiting passes may be required in certain restricted wards.

ICU / Critical Care Guidelines

Only immediate family members are permitted.

Visits are limited to 10–15 minutes to minimise patient stress.

Visitors must wear provided gowns and follow infection-control protocols.

The number of permitted visits per day is at the discretion of the treating doctor.

Please check with the nursing station before each visit.
