What if my insurer is not on the list?
You can still receive treatment and file for reimbursement with your insurer independently. We will provide all required documents and bills.
Is pre-authorisation mandatory?
Pre-authorisation is required for planned admissions and most elective procedures. Emergency cases are handled immediately and authorisation is obtained post-admission.
What costs are typically not covered?
Consumables, some medications, and non-medical charges such as attendant beds may not be covered depending on your policy. Check your policy document for exclusions.
Can I pay the remainder amount with a card?
Yes. We accept all major debit and credit cards, UPI, and net banking for any balance payment.
